Straight-Forward Pricing

No deceptive prices – no hidden fees. The quote is divided into three components:

• Management: 25% management fee on the total project cost (labor & finish), covering all permits, site inspections, work quality audits, and specification checks throughout the duration of the project.
• Labor: This covers all labor costs associated with the project, including infrastructure work such as groundwork, foundations, concrete, framing, and more.
• Finish: Completely customizable to what you want. This component includes the cost of finish-out products such as flooring, tiles, cabinetry, appliances, lights, etc., which vary based on your selections with example shown in table below.
